The Roles in Profit Consulting

The biggest difference between coaching and consulting is who does the work.

One of the most frustrating consequences of an effective coaching program is that your task list will grow - as if you weren't already busy enough.

For many clients, this newfound vision and strategy will free time of other team members to help you knock out the tactics that support this strategy. Other clients decide they are under-staffed and new full time resources are needed.

In a consultant capacity, our role is flexible to your current situation. In certain situations we anticipate a initial period of heavier workload and we are a stop-gap until your team is able to take over.

In other situations, hiring a full time staff to execute specific activities just doesn't make sense due to the specialized knowledge that person would need to possess. In these situations, our team may serve as a more permanent fixture as long as you have the need.
