What is the Profit Consulting Process?
There is a high degree of overlap between profit consulting and coaching.
Generally, consulting clients begin first as coaching clients in order to gain insight into the expertise and strategies uncovered by Focus & Scale.
Through the coaching process, clients may determine that the skill set or capacity of their team cannot execute the profit-producing strategy on their own - at which time we work together to determine an appropriate consulting arrangement.
For clients who know from the beginning that they do not have the manpower to implement any process improvements, consulting may be the go-to solution from the very start.
However, since every engagement begins with a Profit Diagnostic, there is no need to commit to a coaching or consulting engagement before having greater clarity about how Focus & Scale will impact your profitability.
Consulting engagements are generally project-defined and are not recurring in nature unless our team provides ongoing execution.
